The Roof Moss Cleaners Reviews on Google: 4.8 Stars From 69 Reviews

The Roof Moss Cleaners has a rating of 4.8 out of 5 on Google, from 69 reviews, as of the twenty-seventh of October 2026.

This is UK Business Voices.

Google groups the reviews by what customers mention. Punctuality comes up in twenty-one of them, moss removal in twenty-six, friendly staff in seventeen, polite staff in thirteen and a professional team in twelve.

Here are two of the reviews, word for word.

A customer in Beaconsfield wrote: "Very nice company run by good people. We had a large and complex roof, with very old, delicate terracotta tiles and they carefully scrapped the moss of every area and cleaned up brilliantly before they left. Their workmen were very pleasant, polite and helpful. Would highly recommend."

A customer in Princes Risborough, whose house is in parts over two hundred years old, wrote: "The team of guys did the whole job in one day with the help of cherry pickers and scaffolding and they were here for a good 10 hours from start to finish. The roof now looks amazing and I keep going outside to look at it." They finished: "Thank you and I am very pleased indeed with the job. Highly recommended."

The work behind those reviews is the same each time: moss scraped off by hand from the ridge down, the gutters cleared, the ground tidied, and a biocide treatment with a three-year moss-free guarantee.

The Roof Moss Cleaners is a roof cleaning company based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, run by Gareth Webb and Anthony Holt, who have cleaned roofs under the name since 2013, serving Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties.
